Command and control units require taller masts able to carry antennas and aerials over the height of the vehicle and surrounding buildings. For this application we recommend a mast between 6 and 10 metres in height. Our HEAVY range allows for internal cabling with up to 5 coax all stored within the mast structure. Internal cables prevent damage and wind slapping in use.
Communications
Masts for communications are similar to those used for command and control or motor racing telemetry units.
Our most versatile internal cable includes 5 coax along with numerous power conductors which lends itself perfectly to communication applications.
We can supply masts up to 40 metres in height with locking collars for long deployment.
Accessories such as guy rings, guy lines, stakes and ground pickets mean that we can supply complete mast packages.
For all lighting masts we supply the unique SMART Dual-Function controller. This clever unit can be used either as a wired remote or wire-free radio control.
An on-board rechargeable battery is trickle charged the moment the SMART controller is plugged back in.
