HNE products are designed for use by emergency services requiring high pressure water mist or water jets for extinguishing or other applications with or without additives such as foam concentrate. HNE products are commonly configured as mini CAFS (compressed air with foam) fire fighting systems.
HNE products are installed by several of the world’s leading fire truck manufactures in replacement for standard portable fire extinguishers. Customers find they are utilising the products again and again thanks to the HNE equipment’s superior fire fighting capacity, simplicity of use and the fact that the equipment can be refilled, on site, with no special tools, with minimal training and in just a matter of minutes.
All HNE products are approved to European Norms EN3 and EN1866 as well as the SOLAS and Wheel Mark marine directives.
HNE products have a much higher working pressure than comparable tools, which gives very consistent performance, droplet size and water jet reach. The 34 bar operating pressure also means that superior flow rates can be achieved.

The proven HNE portable fire fighting technology is also available for civil protection applications. The range consists of 4 units with different filling volumes from 1.5 to 10 litres.
All units are easy to refill during the operation and quick to deploy and are easy to use.
A discharge length of up to 25m allows operation from a safe distance. Unrestricted mobility is provided by a lightweight and compact backpack.
Portable Fire Fighting for Special Applications
A compact and lightweight version of the proven HNE portable extinguishing system has been designed for use by various agencies including police forces. They are ideal for use at major events and demonstrations that face a fire risk, such as firecrackers, Bengal torches and signal flares. Available in 2 and 4 litre sizes, they are easily refillable on site.
The extinguishers are supplied with a kit comprising of a universal filling device, a compressed air bottle and several portions of extinguishing agent – all supplied in an aluminium carrying case.
